Welcome to PokéSpot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use PokéSpot.

What PokéSpot is

PokéSpot is a community-driven app for sharing Pokémon TCG restock sightings at local stores. Reports are submitted by other users — they are tips, not guarantees.

No guarantee of stock or accuracy

Restock reports can be inaccurate or go out of date within minutes. Stock is never guaranteed. PokéSpot does not verify reports and is not responsible for wasted trips, sold-out items, pricing errors, or any decisions you make based on a report. Always treat reports as unconfirmed leads.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your region.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reports and photos you submit, but you grant PokéSpot a license to display and distribute them within the service to operate it. You're responsible for what you post and confirm that you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

Don't submit fake, misleading, or spam reports; don't upload inappropriate, illegal, or infringing photos; don't harass other users; don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service. Violations may result in content removal, rate limits, or account suspension.

Paid plans

PokéSpot may offer optional paid plans with additional features. Where offered, pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout, plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Paid features are currently in development.

Termination

You may stop using PokéSpot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Disclaimers and liability

PokéSpot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokéSpot is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on user-submitted reports.

Not affiliated

PokéSpot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pokémon, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Walmart, Costco, or any retailer. All product names and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
